You must have studied Business Mathematics (aka Quantitative Methods) and Statistics in B.Com. Why don't you enroll in a course in Microsoft Power BI (Business Intelligence) in India to prepare yourself for a career in Data Analysis. Once you get a good knowledge in BI, apply for a MS in Business Analytics in USA. From the information I could gather, the following US universities accept applicants with a three year Indian Bachelor's degree.

Your question does not say what programming languages or computer related subjects you studied in B.Com (Computer Applications). My presumption is that you must have studied C or C+ or Java and Database Management Systems. If that is the case, I will not advise you to study MBA (at this stage). Enroll in a course that will give you a strong knowledge in the following:
1) Statistics
2) Excel (2013 or 2016)
3) Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for Excel
4) D3 (JavaScript) for Data Visualisation
5) Python for Data Analysis
6) R for Data Analysis
7) Microsoft Power BI (Business Intelligence) for Data Mining
8) SAS (Statistical Analysis System)
9) SPSS (Statistical package for Social Sciences)
M.Sc in Business Analytics will cover some important subjects listed above to prepare you for a career in Data Mining, Big Data, Data Analysis etc., where the opportunities are growing rapidly in India and abroad. Instead of studying MBA abroad, I will recommend M.Sc in Business Analytics. First, go through the syllabus of this course in various universities abroad, then study some the courses listed above that are NOT included in the syllabus. A good knowledge of Statistics and Excel is very important and basic requirement for a career in Data Mining, Big Data etc.
