It is suggested that you do B.Com from top Indian universities. Return on investment (ROI) of doing B.Com abroad is not good. It is recommended that you do your PG or MBA from international universities to have a better ROI.

Cut off for B.Com and other degrees is different in each of Delhi University affiliated colleges. Multiple cut off lists are announced by DU. You may refer to the following link for having an idea about 2016 cut off: http://dcac.du.ac.in/cutofflist.html
