Admission in BBA at Manipal University is on the basis of candidates scoring minimum qualifying marks in the All India Manipal University Online Entrance Test (MU-OET). The eligibility criteria to seek admission in BBA is clearing 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Currently, admission process is on and you can fill online application.

Mass communication and journalism courses are considered social sciences and have no such 'pre-requisite' that one should have previous degree in a particular domain. You can do Master's degree actually. Try doing some trending courses like internet journalism. However, safest course is MA Journalism and Mass Communication.

Hello,
This answer completely depends on your choice and interest.
If you want to study further then there are many options available like MBA, MCA, M.Com, etc. and if you to do a job, then government job preparation will be a better option.
You can prepare for UPSC Exams, IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, SSC CGL and other competitive exams.
The syllabus of these competitive exams is almost same, so you can prepare for these exams at the same time.
