There are 75% of Indians studying in Germany. They charge less tuition fee and offer scholarships. It is a special educational project scheme for international students as they are funding 65% of university fees. You need to pay for books, accommodation and other expenses.

Hello,
To get admission in a reputed college, you need to appear for CAT or their personal entrance exam. To get admission in abroad, you need to appear for GMAT exam. Job experience is not required, but if he have some, then it will add as a plus point or understanding of concept will be easy.

There are more opportunities for tally course. But, you should learn tally in work environment rather than learning and mug up because interviewer asks you the questions based on work, not theory. It will be great if you go after your graduation.

You can pursue BA or B.Com, it doesn't matter. For UPSC any recognized degree is valid from any university. Thus, any graduation stream is sufficient for appearing in competitive exams.
