It depends on the following factors as:(a) Student's inclination against study and capability to cope up the content.
(b) Smart in managing the studying time. Generally, 8 to 9 hours per day of continued study is must. If, one follows the above routine, he/she can pursue CS along with B.Com.

There is no restriction as such, you just need to have minimum of 55% in your graduation and must have appeared for any of the exam MAT/CAT/XAT, etc.

You can enter the CA course with Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC) then ending with the exam IPCE (Integrated Professional Competence Examination).
