With B.Com degree, you are eligible for PO and clerical jobs in public sector banks. You can take PO coaching to increase your chances to get job in public sector banks. Private sector banks prefers MBA for banking operations. In case, you are targeting private sector banks, you can do MBA preferably with finance as a specialization.

Yes, you can do it, if you have passed B.Com with 55% and given entrance exams for MCA.

Yes, you can. But, there are limited options available. For MBA, normally work experience is required. MS management is better, if you want to apply for management programs without any work experience.

Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) has changed its name into The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). Also, ICWA course has changed into CMA course. There is no difference between ICWAI and CMA. They are two different words used to describe one single thing. ICWAI stands for Institute of Cost and Work Accountant of India, whereas CMA stands for Cost Management Accounting. Apart from the literal meaning there is no difference at all. There are 3 stages in ICWA course i.e., CMA foundation, Inter and Final.

B.Com (Hons) is a three year undergraduate degree program to provide the student with a wide range of skills in area of commerce, finance, accounting and management.
