Kindly, go through this link, I hope it helps, being a commerce graduate, I suggest that you opt for an MBA instead of an M.Com, as MBA has more value than M.Com.

All management entrance exams like CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT etc. more or less similar. Therefore, you can prepare English, general knowledge, etc. There are lot of books available in the market. For quantitative techniques, RS Agarwal is one of the best.

Sikkim Manipal University is quite reputed, and so is Symbiosis. You place will not matter in case of distance education, if that institute has a learning center branch in your city.

There is no criteria of minimum marks in mathematics for B.Com and BBA in majority of the universities in India. You can look at detailed eligibility criterion at website of universities or institutes, which you are targeting for further education.
