There are many examinations. It depends on the college, in which you want to take admission.

The answer can be judged simply on basis of what you have interest in. In case, you are from science background, but are you really interested to go ahead in this?
What are you interests and how much marks you are able to score in both the courses? A detailed description is required.

There are so many courses that you can do along with the B.Com.
Here are some of the courses, which are good for your future:

2. Web designing.
3. Multimedia.
You can do other courses like:
1. Interior decoration.
2. Jewelry designing.
3. Fashion designing.

You can't get admission with pure B.Com. You have to do IELTS and TOFEL, if you want to go abroad.

If CPA is your target, suggest go for a one year post graduate diploma in accounting which will make you CPA eligible.

You must check with the universities directly if you meet the requirements and credit points. Different universities have different transfer rules. Bachelors degree in Canada is of four years while in India it is of three years, so you must check the equivalency. Contact the university directly.

You are advised to do M.Com before seeking admission in Ph.D.

There are many options like, you can go for MBA, M.Com, Diploma or M.Sc. But for that, first make it a point that you have specific goals in your life and once you start achieving them, then there is no backing out of it.
