Yes, you can because the normal eligibility for B.Com is 50% in class 12th but mathematics is the most important part of commerce.

You need to appear for PO exams and clear them to get job in banks as PO.

B.Com has way more scope than BCA, but at the end of the day knowledge matters as well.
