1. Certified Bank Manager Program: A 2 year course covering the areas of banking and financial services, money, banking laws and regulations, treasury, credit, risk management and banking strategy. The course is offered by the Institute of Bank Management and Research (IBMR) - Hyderabad.
2. Diploma in Banking and Services (DBFS): This is a post graduate 2 year Diploma course offered by the Institute of Finance, Banking and Insurance (IFBI) - Mumbai. A graduate student in any discipline with minimum 50% marks is eligible for this course, along with a personal interview.
3. Certified Financial Planners: Certified course (6 months to 1 Year) is offered by various institutes. You can consider:
3.1 Financial Planning Academy (FPA) – Mumbai.
3.2 BLB Institute of Financial Markets (BIFM) - Delhi/NCR.
3.3 Indian Institute of Financial Planning (IIFP) - Mumbai.
Graduates in any discipline are eligible for this course, along with undergraduates and working professional. A CFP certification with specialization in financial planning, insurance and risk management, investment planning, tax planning offers great job opportunities for students.
4. Certificate Course in Project Finance: The certificate course in project finance is conducted by two institutes in India: Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) and Institute for Financial Management and Research (IFMR). It provides advanced skills and practical knowledge in the field of project appraisal, lending, financing, etc.
5. CRISIL Certified Analyst Program (CCAP): This is a two-year program, combining coursework, job assignments and interactive seminars, is undertaken by CRISIL. Graduates with at least 50% marks and qualifying CAT, XAT or CRISIL aptitude test are eligible for the course. This course helps students to acquire exceptional financial and business skills.

1. Hotel management is a graduation course in itself. There have been multiple instances where candidates have taken admission in Hotel Management even after completing other graduation courses like B.Com, BA, etc.
2. The base requirement for taking admission in hotel management is 12th or equivalent.
3. The course will either be a 4-year degree under AICTE or a 3-year degree under UGC.
(I personally feel that going for a 3-year course is much better as there are few advantages such as you can save 1 year's fees since the course is for 3 years instead of 4, you can get in to the job market 1 year earlier than your competitors in the 4-year degree program, there is no requirement of any CET, etc.)
4. Hotel management is available at a PG level as well. But, unfortunately, graduation in hotel management is a pre-requisite to take admission. You can go ahead in many distance education form open universities like YCMOU, IGNOU, Alagappa, Annamalai, etc. but it isn't recommended as this is a practical oriented line and distance education doesn't cover that.

MBA is a generic course on business management and administration and it focuses on functional areas of business such as accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, and operations. MBA provides wider options in different functions and various types of industries. You can choose any of the functional specialization.
You can also do sector specific MBA for example BSFI or SCM. Although you must do post graduate degree based on your interest area, I will recommend MBA with Finance specialization for better career opportunities and growth.
You can also do evaluate doing MBA and industry specific certifications such as CMA, LOMA, CFA, etc.
