Both the courses are very good, but hospital management is relatively new than finance. If you have long term goal, then you can go for finance because you are a B.Com student, but most important is your passion, which will help you to lead in your life.

Of course you can do B.Com as a 12th pass out from any field is eligible to do B.Com.

Hi,
You can appear for CAT, MAT or XAT based on the institute's requirements. CAT is specifically for IIM, but is acceptable for top institutes for MBA. Most of the institutes accept MAT scores. For Karnataka students, KMAT is also good to get admission for MBA.

Yes, you can pursue MBA after clearing your backlogs. You need to qualify CAT, XAT or MAT exam in order to get admission in a good B-school.

The one and most important benefit for taking Science after 10th is you can go in any field after 12th rather its arts or commerce but you can't go for Science courses with arts or commerce subjects. But, you should not consider this fact and go solely on your area of interest.
Both courses are important on their own part.

Don't think like that. You still have future. Clear your backlogs first. Some banks provide PGDBF with support of Manipal or other Institutes
