Of course you can do B.Com as a 12th pass out from any field is eligible to do B.Com.

You can appear for CAT, MAT or XAT based on the institute's requirements. CAT is specifically for IIM, but is acceptable for top institutes for MBA. Most of the institutes accept MAT scores. For Karnataka students, KMAT is also good to get admission for MBA.

Don't think like that. You still have future. Clear your backlogs first. Some banks provide PGDBF with support of Manipal or other Institutes
