It depends on your future plans. If you wish to appear for government jobs or become an academician, than M.Com is better but generally private sectors prefer students with MBA degree.

You should go for BBA as it has better career options than that of B.Com.

Your UG score is low, but if you score high and GMAT and IELTS, then you have chances and SOP shall be very strong.

For CPA, you can pursue it after M.Com. However, it's a short duration course. To get a job, you should finish your study before the age of 30.
