Go with B.com as it is accepted everywhere. Also many government jobs also have minimum qualification requirement as a B.com not BMM

both of them are good. but in my opinion go for BVP

You will be exempted from it.

Well practically very limited opportunity. If you were a sound engineer it would have been better to join this field. Scope is very less and salary offered are minimal.

No If you are planning to pursue CA after B.com then you need not to appear in CPT, and this saves 6months of yours. so in case you comes in CA after B.com then you will be directly getting entry in IPCC which takes 9 months then 3years internship and a final attempt. in overall it will take Max, 4years if you manages to pass in one attempt every time.
