it offers b.com from pune university.so,it seems good enough among other colleges in pune.

According to the guidelines for MBA admission, it is stated that a minimum 50% marks is required in XII, Graduation for non reserved category. It is 45% for reserved category. Hence only if you belong to reserved category you stand a chance to do your MBA.

Yes sure you are on right path, even though you finished your PG and have experience of 3 years is great so you don't worry much on placements, you will get good opportunities in Alliance School of Business and after finishing MBA you will become a perfect manager.
