I would suggest you to go for b.com general or bba and then take your specialization in HRM as it will give you better exposure to the general business admin.

No it won't. If you have the potential you will get a job. Companies majorly look for efficient employees not the university or place they belongs to.

MBA is better than PGDCA, since it's a degree and it's globally recognized same isn't the case with PGDCA, and MBA carries wider and number of career options and good job options with good package as well.

yes u can pursue and can enroll directly for executive program.however completing cs will take atleast 4-5 yrs after ur graduation
