Generally maths is included in the curriculum of B.Com course by most of the universities. You can check out the curriculum from the college website. However this maths is a kind of basic applied mathematics so not to worry for that if you are weak in your mathematics. Also just to suggest choose a college that offers really good quality education so that it can help you to excel in your studies. Some suggestions -

Its a full time degree course which will be on weekdays not on weekends

40 percent is quite a low score to be honest. Foreign universities make sure they give admission to those students who are having at least 60 percent marks.

B.Com is a good course, whether its general or Honors. It's fun. You have many options for further studies after completing the course. All the best.

SAP is the best course for accounting

There are other options like CFA which is difficult and costly as well but has very good scope for Finance
