M.com is best after doing b.com, or else if your are so interested in accounting do CA or cma or ACS. if you want to do any professional course then do MBA in finance domain.

Yes you can apply for lateral admission in which lots of universities offer admission in 2 year of b.com but for that you need to check the respective university eligibility and deadline for form submission.

lavlesh first u tell me why r u change bcom to bba ? one course to another course u can different u can drop one year for bba then u can consult college faculty to take own it's view otherwise dropout 1 year no another option all the bst
