Every year, the BDes, BArch, and BPlan programmes at Shantaben Manubhai Patel Institute of Architecture and Interior Design offer competitive placements. On the official website, the placement information for batch 2023 has not yet been made public. A number of B.Des students were placed at SMAID placements in 2021, according to the Shantaben Manubhai Patel School of Studies and Research in Architecture and Interior Design NIRF report 2022. Mod'Art International Mumbai is a very well known college. Though big companies link up with the college and give opportunities to the students and internships. The minimum salary package is given from Rs. 22,000/-per month, up to a maximum of Rs. 75,000/- per month. The college has good placements and offers opportunities during campus drives

B Des placements at National Institute of fashion technology Patna are good. Majority of the student ie, 90 percent of the students got placed with good pacakges. The highest pacakge offered to BDes students was 22 LPA and 4.5 LPA was the average. Many good companies like Nykaa, H& M, Aditya birla, Amazon were the top recruiters at the placement drive. If we talk about the return on investment, the total fees for any B Des course is 12.34 lacs and average package is 4.5 lpa. Students get a decent return on their money invested in the fees.

In the point of the placements for B.Des. at DYPDC School of Design it is not good at all they are lagging behind the Ajeenkya DY Patil University. Last year DYPDC School of Design the lowest package was 4.5 LPA and the highest was 8 LPA and placement percentage is just 60% but at other hand Ajeenkya DY Patil University are at 90% placements at the top recruiters.
