Yes, you can do M.Tech after BE because for pursuing M.Tech you need Bachelor degree. All the best for your future.

IGNOU can be the best option for distance MBA. The eligibility criteria and other related details are given below. Eligibility criteria :
1. Any graduate (Including Chartered Accountancy/Cost Accountancy/Company Secretaryship) with 50% marks for general category/45% for reserved category as per government of India rules.
2. Student should ensure that his/her CGPA should meet the eligibility percentage requirement.
3. Clearance of OPENMAT entrance test of IGNOU conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA)

According to me, if you have to pursue MBA then you can go with the Operations specialisation. It is totally related to the industry or factory and your B.E is also related to this.

You can go into manufacturing, pharmaceutical, polymers, electronics and nanotechnology. But if you want to join any course then the specialisation courses in chemical engineering are pharmaceutical engineering, Biotechnology, process engineering, Nanotechnology, Biomineral processing.

Both have very good scope. You can choose any branch according to your interest. If we compare both the branches then CSE has more scope than IT. CSE: Job openings for Software professionals is much higher in the corporate sector than in public sector.
