Yes, you can pursue fashion Designing after being a engineer, being in India has some benefits also and change of domains in one of them. If you are passionate about your career than of course you can pursue your career in the favourite field.

IGNOU can be the best option for distance MBA. The eligibility criteria and other related details are given below. Eligibility criteria :
1. Any graduate (Including Chartered Accountancy/Cost Accountancy/Company Secretaryship) with 50% marks for general category/45% for reserved category as per government of India rules.
2. Student should ensure that his/her CGPA should meet the eligibility percentage requirement.
