No, you cannot pursue a B.Ed through distance model/ODL without an NCTE-approved degree. As per NCTE (National Council for teacher education) guidelines, candidates must have a recognised teaching-related qualification or  teaching experience to enroll in a distance B.Ed program. However, you can purse a regular B.Ed after completing a bachelor's degree (BA, B.Sc, B.Com) with at least 50%  marks from recognised university.

No, it is not possible to get admission to B.Ed at Utkal University without any entrance test. Because Utkal University takes admission on the basis of the marks scored in qualifying exam and entrance test.

1)You need to upload your class 12th marks , based on this a merit list will be relased.

2)If your name is in merit list, you will get admission in the college.

For the Fee structure , B.Ed fees is around Rs. 45K per year.
