OPJS university is good on the basis of its fee structure but it is not that much good to pursue journalism and mass communication. Placements are not so good, moreover, the feedback concerned with this university is also not good. However, you can go to Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University. It is a private university located in Jaipur. The college is considered to be good in terms of the facilities and faculty members. Some institutes put the age criteria of the candidate to be less than 30 years. Therefore, you are eligible for the journalism course. Join NIMCJ for BJMC course without the age limit.

After the completion of class 12th board exam, search for the best college like you said IIMM, but I suggest you to choose NIMCJ. Also inquire about the entrance exam they take for admission.
