There are both merit based and entrance based admissions at the BP Marine Academy Belapur. Exams accepted by the institute includes IMU-CET for the BSc course. Admissions are now ongoing for the 2025–2026 academic year. For future information about the next intake and exam dates, keep an eye on the official BP Marine Academy website. The admission process for certification and Diploma courses are merit-based and candidates are required to fill out the application form.

BP Marine Academy Belapur provides UG, certification and UG Diploma courses for candidates. The institute offers courses for various durations such as four months, and six-months. The BSc course is a three-year course. Candidates are offered courses such as such as: Diploma in Hotel Operations, Electro Technical Officer (ETO) Certification course, etc. Candidates can browse the brochure on the official website of the institute to learn in-depth about the courses offered. B.P. Marine Academy has set eligibility criteria for students to get admission. The minimum qualification you require is to have passed your 10+2 education from an accredited board. B.Sc. in Nautical Science requires at least 55% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in 10+2, whereas a B.Sc. in Hospitality Studies and Catering Services may just need 45% overall.

B.P. Marine Academy has two specializations under the B.Sc. scheme: Nautical Science and Hospitality Studies. All the courses are planned to give a complete education in their field so that they are prepared for diverse career opportunities in the maritime as well as hospitality sectors.  The duration of the BSc programme is for three-years.

The PG Diploma spans about INR 3-4 Lacs for the One-Year course like Marine Engineering at B.P. Marine Academy, Belapur. Much lower than private institutes (INR 5-7 lakh), though higher than government colleges, it is moderately priced. Extra hostel charges apply (~INR 1 lakh).

Students have to pay around INR 3-4 Lacs for the one-year course. Value gained from DGS-approved training and 80% placements, according to reviews.

To be eligible for the Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) programme at B.P.
