In some institutes, students need to maintain a minimum aggregate score during the course duration to be eligible to participate in the placement drive. Students commented that BPharma students get placed at a salary package ranging from INR 2.5 LPA to INR 5 LPA. The placement rate is over 50%. As per the PIET cutoff information for 2024, the HSTES last round closing rank for the General All India category was 1353. Earlier, in 2023, the cutoff for the same category was 430. This fluctuating trend in cutoff indicates a decrease in competition. 

There is no provision for direct admissions at MGKV for BPharma. The sleection criteria is merit based with the college accepting CUET scores for the same. Participation in UPTAC counselling is mandatory for seat allocation. Additionally, present the required documents to establish the eligibility at the time of admission.

For BPharma admissions, PIET offers a total of 60 seats. This implies that a total of 60 students can take admission to the BPharma programme. Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith (also known as MGKVP Varanasi) offers a full-time BPharma programme through its affiliated institutes. Admission to the programme is subject to the fulfilment of the following eligibility criteria:
