Yes, you can get lateral entry to 2nd year of B.Pharm at Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Pharmacy, Akurdi, if you've completed D.Pharm successfully. Admission is generally through Direct Second Year Diploma to Degree (D2D) CAP round, conducted by DTE Maharashtra.
