Generally, you can't change your college after completion of the first year or any year as it is based upon your percentage marks and any other reason.
For admissions to the new college, you need to start over with the first year and in the context of B.pharmacy, one should have a diploma certificate

The latest cut off of DY Patil College of pharmacy is above 80 percentile and for the lateral entry to the college you have to call the college number for that information
