Yes, Technocrats Institute of Technology (TIT Technocrats) does offer BPharm programme. This course is provided in full-time mode to students who meet the admission criteria of it. To get selected, students must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board with relevant subject. Government College of Pharmacy Bangalore offers a relatively cheap Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) course near Yeshwanthpur.  
The B.Pharm course will cost around INR 14,030 per annum, which is among the cheapest courses in the locality.

Visveswarapura Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (VIPS) is offering the course at a rate of around INR 26,000 per annum.
