Depends on you, if you feel that you can deal with people I. e the patients, then opt for nursing and if you like to work avoiding, any direct interaction with the patients then pharmacy is the one you should choose. But for both the cases you need to have a good base in Bio and Chem.

Yes, you can become a doctor after completing b. pharmacy. You should study MBBS with your basic qualification. If you are studied B.Pharma then you can study master's in pharmacy. If you want to become a doctor then you want to study MBBS from the first year itself.
