Yes, the SRIHER BPharm course is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The university also holds NAAC A+ status, is a Category I University recognised by UGC, and is NABH-accredited.

Nationally, SRIHER BPharm ranking stands at 31st place in the pharmacy category, while the university also ranks 55th in the university category and 96th overall in India (NIRF 2024). Internationally, SRIHER was placed in the 601–800 band in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2023, adding global recognition.

SRIHER BPharm 2025 admissions will be closed in the month of May. The BPharm admissions at SRIHER have been closed for the 2025 session. The SRIHER BPharm 2026 admission dates are yet to be announced. The SRIHER BPharm course admissions are conducted in online mode. Candidates can visit the official website for more information.

Yes, Diploma holders in Pharmacy are eligible for lateral entry into the second year of the BPharm programme at SRIHER Chennai. The selection criteria for lateral entry students is the same as first year admissions. Lateral Entry students at SRIHER need to only pay the fees for the duration of their lateral entry course.

BPharm fees at SRIHER is paid annually. Students are required to pay INR 1.25 Lacs in the beginning of each academic year, bringing the total fee to approximately INR 5 Lacs over four years. Additional costs may be applied.
