It is worth, but you can make search of another universities such, as LPU that is one the best pharmacy college they have and other are SRM, VIT. All the best.

From IIMT Group of Colleges or Noida institute of engineering and technology for B. Pharmacy, I'll prefer you to opt for the Noida institute of engineering and technology as this college is better in terms of placements, infra and faculty then 'IIMT for this course.

After completing B.Pharmacy, wide scope are available as it is era of Pharmaceutical industries.
A B.Pharmacy candidate can work in R & D in many pharma companies like Sun pharma, Mylan pharma and many. Candidate can apply for Drug Inspector post. Candidate can start there on pharma company or medical shop, etc.
