I would personally suggest you B.Pharma and then D.Pharma as pharmacy is a much more faster growing sector in India. You have a great scope ahead with it in research.

Yes, its necessary to give an entrance exam to get into B.Pharma college.
Most colleges that offer B.Pharma programs conduct their own entrance exams to select eligible candidate.Medical colleges in India offer admission to prospective candidates only on the basis of the ranks that they attain in the entrance exam.

M.Pharm- 2 years
MBA- 2 years
Clinical research diploma- 6-12 months
Pharm D 5 years .
If you are a working professional, then you can do them through correspondence or distance.
