To pursue B.Pharm, one needs to pass 12th in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) with minimum 60% from a recognized board.

Pharmacy with MBA is getting more popularity these days. You may definitely do MBA after B.Pharma. Selection of field depends on your area of interest.
If HR is you priority go for Marketing as minor specialization.
