Pharm.D is a good option. B.Tech in biotech from IIT or NIT will be good for you. You can avoid B.Pharm.

Normally, questions can be asked related to physics, chemistry, biology/maths and English.

B.Pharm is a technical course just like B.Tech. The practical work plays a great role in becoming a pharmacist, so don't search for open colleges to pursue B.Pharm.
