First, you need to be eligible for ICAR UG exam or that particular state entrance exam for eg: In Maharashtra, you need to be eligible MCAER exam. Then, you will get seat through counselling or you can go through management seats.

Eligibility for B.Sc in Agriculture
Interested aspirants for the course are required to fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria.
Completion of Intermediate (12 years of school education) in Science stream.
Physics, Chemistry, Biology and/or Mathematics as the subjects of study.
