If you are focusing on just getting a seat then 60+ marks will be enough for you to secure a seat in Osmania University, but for good branch you should score more. If we see Rank wise, then 10k rank will be enough for a seat, but for a good branch you should score under 3-4k rank.

B.Sc. (Hons.) Biochemistry is a three-year undergraduate program with a specialization in the inter-disciplinary domain of biochemistry. The minimum eligibility criterion which most of the institutes ask for is a score of at least 50% (relaxable for reserved category candidates) at 10+2 or equivalent level.

Regular B.Sc. Is basically three year undergraduate course that deals with subjects like Physics Chemistry Mathematics, Biology and Computer through B.Sc. Specializations designed for each type. In which you learn about the three different subjects in some states the subjects are cutted every year as per interests you can leave every year one subject and ended up having only 1 subject in final year (in Maharashtra). Or in some states you have to acrry all subjects to you final year and having better opportunities in every subject you have choose. The admissions for B.Sc. Is mainly done on marit basis.
