There are companies which recruit students after completing B.Sc in Chemistry, but they are very few. You will have to complete your Master's degree as well.

Chemistry is basic sciences course while biotech comes in life sciences difference in the two lies in specialisation also if you wish to teach at school level some day your biotech degree won't make you eligible for it but chemistry will. Otherwise both have good scope after msc in the subject as university teacher or in industries as associate of resarcher.

B.Tech is higher engineering in comparison to B.Sc. Job opportunities after B.Sc Industrial Chemistry are limited in comparison to BTRech Chemical engineering. India has very well developed Chemical Industry including Petroleum & gas both in Government and private sector. It is core sector with lot of Government and big corporate houses support. Chemical Engineers have good scope in India and abroad. Therefore, it is recommended that you opt for B.Tech Chemical Engineering over B.Sc Industrial Chemistry.

All three fields are good. But if you go for BCA, it will pay you more after completing Masters and there are lots of companies recruiting people from MCA. You can make your own start up.
