The primary eligibility requirements for admissions to BSc courses at HIMT Chennai are that candidates must complete their Class 12 from the PCM stream with at least an aggregate of 60% and 50% in English at the Class 10 & 12 levels. Additionally, for the admission process, the college accepts valid IMU CET scores. No, their eligibility criteria are different. Though the subject is the same, the course streams are different. For the BA Psychology admission, you'll need to pass Class 12 from any stream, but for the BSc in Psychology, you'll need to pass Class 12 with the Science stream only. Their minimum eligible marks can also differ.

The minimum eligibility criteria for admission to BSc at Dr. DY Patil ACS College are that candidates must complete their Class 12 from the Science stream (PCM/ PCB) with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for reserved categories). Candidates must have passed Class 12, 'A' Level or equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics as compulsory/ optional subjects with at least 50% aggregate or Diploma in Medical Imaging Technology or Medical Lab Technology after Class 10 or O Level from any recognised board/ university, in any country with a minimum of 50% aggregate to apply for BSc MIT and MLT, respectively. Aspirants need to complete Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognised board to apply for BSc AT & OT.
