B.Sc. Eligibility

All applicants for the BSc are encouraged to make sure that they meet these criteria to enhance their chances. Eligibility criteria for admission to BSc programme at Jaypee University of Information Technology, Solan is as follows:

• Educational Qualification: Class 12 or equivalent qualification from a recognised board at least 60% aggregate marks
• Selection Criteria: Admission are provided on the basis of performance shown by the candidate in CUET

Candidates desirous of seeking admission to the B.Sc. Programme at IGNOU Regional Centre Ahmedabad must have passed at 10+2 level with Science subjects or its Equivalent qualification from a recognised Board / University. The duration of the course is 3 years.  The course is available in English and Hindi medium. The total fee for the complete programme will be Rs. 14,700/-, which has to be paid on a yearly basis at Rs. 4,900/- per year.

To be eligible for the B.Sc. programme at the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition in Srinagar, candidates must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. Additionally, English must have been studied as a compulsory subject during their 10+2 education. Candidates should also be below the age of 25 years at the time of admission. Admission is based on the score obtained in the NCHMCT JEE entrance exam.

The eligibility criteria for B.Sc at College of Nursing Pune Bharati Vidyapeeth is that the student need to be atleast 12th pass with 45% marks. Along with this, you need to qualify the entrance exam BVP CET. You need to qualify in the cutoff which will be prepared based on the seats intake and entrance exam score of the student. The seats intake for 2024 admissions for this course was 65. You can appear for the entrance exam by applying from the Institute's official website. 

To be eligible for admission to the BSc in Nutrition & Dietetics programme at Quantum University's School of Health Sciences, applicants must have:

- Passed 10+2 (Intermediate) or any equivalent examination from a recognised Education Board and must have had Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics subjects as major subjects.

- Secured an overall percentage between 45% to the maximum of 60% in the 10+2 exams.

- As the core Science stream subjects they had Physics Chemistry Biology & Mathematics in their 10+2 or equivalent education.

The eligibility criteria for BSc MLT at Quantum School of Health Sciences, Quantum University:

Candidates need to pass 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) in aggregate. Course should be chosen from Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology/Mathematics. They do not have an age limit when it comes to membership. The candidate should have passed an entrance test conducted by the university or any other recognised national level test.

Vikram University BSc eligibility criteria varies depending on the choice of specialisation. Tabulated below is the course-wise eligibility criteria for BSc admissions:

BSc Hons Botany: Passed Class 12 in Biology stream

Mathematics/Physics: A pass in Class 12 with Science

Microbiology: Class 12 with Science

Fine Arts/Visual Arts Passed: A pass in Class 12

Agriculture/Horticulture/Forestry: Pass in Class 12 with Agriculture/Science/Bio Science

YMCA University follows the seat reservation criteria as suggested by the Government of Haryana. As per the official brochure, the university has reserved a total of 20% of the seats for admission of students belonging to the Scheduled Caste. Students must indicate their category while filling out the application form. No changes are made after the release of the merit list.
