B.Sc. Eligibility

NIPS Kolkata offers bachelor's and master's programmes in affiliation with MAKAUT. Candidates, who are interested in pursuing a BSc in Culinary Science should have passed class 12th from any recognised board. Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences offers a number of medical courses. The eligibility criteria for B.Sc at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences states:

• Candidates should be of minimum 17 years and maximum 23 years as on December 31^st of each admission year.
• Pass in Plus Two with 60% Aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English & 60% Marks separately in Mathematics.

For B.Sc. programme at IHM Mumbai, candidates must have passed HSC (10+2) examination with minimum 50% marks and English as a subject.

Admission to B.Sc. is granted on the basis of NCHMCT JEE score followed by counselling.

Candidates seeking admission to Diploma courses must have completed HSC (10+2) with English as one of the main subjects. 

For Diploma courses, selection of an applicant is based on the merit obtained in the qualifying examination followed by an interview conducted by the institute.

Admission to a BSc course at IIHM Bangalore is subject to fuflilment of eligibility criteria and performance in the selection rounds., Aspirants who has passed Class 12 with English as a compulsory subject are eligible for admission. The selection is further done based on the candidates score of IIHM ECHAT exam. This entrance examination is conducted by IIHM. Based on exam score, candidates are called for personal interview round for final selection.

Hello Nishar Ahmed, St Paul's College of Bangalore is a private college. It's a minority institution and hence 50% of its intake capacity is reserved for students from this minority for which college was established in the year 2016. For these reserved as well as balance unreserved seats for BSc courses, college gives admissions based strictly on merit. Marks obtained in 12th standard is the only criteria for both these sets of students. It is confirmed once again that this institute conducts no entrance exam for determining merit of students for giving admissions.
