Admission to a BSc course at IIHM Bangalore is subject to fuflilment of eligibility criteria and performance in the selection rounds., Aspirants who has passed Class 12 with English as a compulsory subject are eligible for admission. The selection is further done based on the candidates score of IIHM ECHAT exam. This entrance examination is conducted by IIHM. Based on exam score, candidates are called for personal interview round for final selection.

Hello Nishar Ahmed, St Paul's College of Bangalore is a private college. It's a minority institution and hence 50% of its intake capacity is reserved for students from this minority for which college was established in the year 2016. For these reserved as well as balance unreserved seats for BSc courses, college gives admissions based strictly on merit. Marks obtained in 12th standard is the only criteria for both these sets of students. It is confirmed once again that this institute conducts no entrance exam for determining merit of students for giving admissions.

The students must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a diagnosed board with relevant topics relying on the selected B.Sc. Application. Most applications like Applied Chemistry, Physics, or Zoology require at least 50% marks in Science topics (PCMB) in 12th grade.
