As per me, SRCC is the best in Delhi for this course. Meerut does not stand anywhere in front of the Delhi colleges in terms of placements, infra and faculty.

Yes, you are eligible for admission in DU. Now the main thing is in which college you want to get in because the cutoff for every college varies. So, when the cutoffs are out, you need to keep a constant check on them to get the college of your choice.
