Yes many private colleges give admission without entrnace exams on basis of 10+2 marks or just on basis of first cone first serves Fees is comparatively higher.

You need to crack NEET exam with more than 520 marks to get admission in unreserved category in B.Sc. Nursing at any government college.

Raj Kumari Amrit Kaur College of Nursing affiliated to Delhi University used to give admission on basis of NEET. The closing cutt off rank for last year was around 164881.
