Marks are required for BSC in PIET - Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology: candidates need to get more than 95 percentile in JEE-Mains to get admission to B.Sc. in PIET

• For admission to undergraduate programs like B.Tech., candidates must have passed 10+2 with English as a mandatory subject and secured 45% marks
• For admission to the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program, candidates must have obtained at least 50% marks (47.50% for SC/ST) in the qualifying exams
• For admission to the BCA program, candidates must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks from CBSE or Board of School Education, Haryana or any other examination equivalent thereto
• For admission to the MBA program, applicants should be a graduate or post-graduate in any stream with 50% marks (47.50% marks for SC/ST) plus valid CAT/ MAT Scores.

To take B.Sc admission at PIET, the following procedure needs to be followed:

1. Check the eligibility criteria: Candidates must have passed B.Sc. Degree of minimum three-year duration from a recognised university with Mathematics as a subject in 12th Standard, with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
2. Fill the application form: The application form for PIET admission 2023 is available on the official website. Candidates need to fill in the required details and upload the necessary documents.
3. Entrance exam: The admission procedure is based on the National level entrance exam/ State level entrance exam or merit basis. For Engineering courses admission is based on JEE Main/ HSTES/ LEET scores.
4. Counseling: Shortlisted candidates will be called for counseling based on their merit. Candidates need to carry their original documents for verification.
5. Seat allotment: Seats will be allotted to the candidates based on their rank and availability of seats.
6. Fee payment: Candidates need to pay the admission fee to confirm their seat.
