I advise you to do 4 year B.Sc. in USA, so that, you can get a better job opportunity in anywhere, because abroad' s degree is more relevant, so you can go with 4 year BSc. in USA.

Hello!
No, you can apply for CAT exam when you are in final year of your graduation. The year of 2022 in the final year of your B.Sc. Degree. So you will be eligible for appearing CAT examination. If you qualify in that CAT emanation you have to submit the final year result at the time of counselling. Hope this helps.
