There is no cutoff for NTR University.
On the basis of intermediate marks merit they will allot seat to you.

After 10th you need to select BiPC group in intermediate. After completion of course you can directly join in B.Sc. Nursing.

Actually academic year starts from November. For some institutions it requires entrance exam. It is supportive because we are dealing with life of patients. It is very useful for us and for our family.

Yes after completion of GNM candidates are eligible for postbasic B.Sc. Nursing.
