Hello Sri Varshini, basic eligibility for admission to M.Tech as well as to appear for GATE is either M.Sc. Or BE. Since you are doing B.Sc. I am afraid that you are not eligible. You need to do M.Sc. First before thinking of M.Tech. But if I may ask, why are you interested in M.Tech and not M.Sc. Doing PG in Science subject is perhaps much better. Just think over it.
