It depends on which state you are looking for good college. In Delhi University, shri ventakeshawar is a good college. Miranda House is also a good one.

Yes, you can get admission in DOMS PUMBA. The eligibility criteria is given below.
Eligibility: A student must have passed with a minimum of 50 percent marks or equivalent CGPA (45 percent in case of backward class and persons with disability)in any bachelor's degree awarded by any University.
Admission process : PUMBA strictly follows the DTE rules for its admission process of MBA+.
For Maharashtra candidates, students have to qualify MH-CET exam. For Outside Maharashtra Candidates (OMS), students can apply through CMAT/CAT/MH-CET.
So you have to appear an inappropriate entrance exam for getting admission here in the MBA program.

Please write about the college name for better response. However the eligibility criteria of AIIMS Bhubaneswar is given below for an idea. Eligibility criteria of AIIMS 10+2 with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with minimum 50% of marks. So 2th with PCM students are not eligible for AIIMS B.Sc. In Medical Laboratory course. The eligibility criteria of LPU is also given for another option. Eligibility criteria of LPU : Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Biotechnology) or 2 years. Air force can be joined through the following channels.
1. Through NDA
Eligibility : 12th with PCM
2. Through CDS
Eligibility: Graduation (with Physics and Mathematics at Class 12) or Bachelor of Engineering.
3. Through AFCAT
Eligibility : 10+2 with PCM with minimum 50% of marks and Graduation B.E/ B.Tech with 60% of marks. So from above you can join the Indian Air Force right now if you are studying PCM subjects in 12th.

Please write about the College name for better response. However the eligibility criteria of B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing of AIIMS is given below for an idea. Eligibility : Candidate has passed the 12th class under the 10+2 scheme/Senior School Certificate Examination or Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination from a recognised University/ Board of any Indian State with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with minimum 55% (For Gen, OBC& EWS) of aggregate marks.
