It depends on the college. If it provides the provision for online admission and online fees payment. Then you not need to go. You can actually call on the college helpline no. And can ask them about the procedures.

Yes admissions are open but mainly in private colleges.

It actually depends on which college you want to take admission. Mainly the admission process in government colleges is going to be closed. Try to contact the private college in your locality.

Yes absolutely, you can get into ARSD College for B.Sc maths. It provides some relaxation for girls admission.
