Pass with minimum of 50% in Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognized university. However, there are some institutes that may require the candidates to have an Honors undergraduate degree in Psychology or Psychology as a subject in Graduation for becoming eligible for this course. There's nothing right or wrong, it's your choice. If you have interest then go for it.

The fees is about Course Fee: INR 30,000 to INR 4 lacs.
The FEE Offered for BSc. The approximate tuition fee of B.Sc. Computer Science program in government funded institutes is 15,000 INR to 25, 000 INR for three years. The total fee for the course will be Rs. 27,000 per year.

You have to reappear for that failed subjects to get your degree certificate. What you have with you is a course completion certificate, with that you can apply for jobs. But generally all companies would only consider students with a degree. Still, you can get into some company and work until you clear you backlogs.
