Hi I search all the university is a really good you won't regret going to any of these assets but I would personally say you to go to Presidency because its campus is really good and the facilities exposure that you get there is also very good choose any with confidence you won't regret all the best.

If your target is a job and good practical skills. I would suggest the B.Tech as it's a job oriented course.

That's a bit tricky. To continue your course from your present college in another college, you require permission from both the colleges. But your present college at most probability, will not allow you as you have exams pending there.

You can get MBA easily if you appear for any MBA entrance exam. There plenty available like, MAT CAT CMAT etc. Make sure you take any of these exams as soon as possible. And also check which entrance exams the college you wish to join accepts. Another great option would be IGNOU. They offer flexible MBA programs that could suit you. But almost all good or well known management colleges require you to give atleast one of those management admission exams.

BE Bio technology has better job scope. Outside India the job scope and opportunities are plenty, and it's a good paying job.

IGNOU offers certificate courses and Diploma course. Check out their course list. I'm pretty sure they would have a psychology course.

As long as it's recognised by the UGC in India, it is generally valid in US. But some universities may put out complex admission requirements. When checking for admission requirements you will generally see an option called, or equivalent. In those cases shoot an email to the college for clarification.

Candidates who have completed their Higher Secondary examinations (10+2) with minimum 50% marks from a recognised educational board with Science stream can opt for Bachelor of Science. The percentage may vary from state to state and from Institute of the institute.
