Practically speaking, all the courses that you have mentioned are the same. It is just the change in nomenclature. AICTE approved colleges provide 4 years degree whereas all other institutes (including NCHMCT) offer 3 years degree. The content of the syllabus is more or less the same. Instead of the course or name of the course, you should look at the placement of the institute/college that you choose.

Hi,
In class 12th, Mandatory Subjects are: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
Candidate must have secured minimum 55% aggregate in mandatory subjects and must have secured 50% marks in one of the language papers.

All you have to do is fill form either online or offline. Then, you have to appear for a written exam. If you qualify it, you will be called for a situation test and a personal interview. If you qualify it too, you will be attending a counselling session, where you can choose a course and a center of your choice according to your rank scored.
