Yes, you can get admission as a few colleges offer BSc in Forensic Science courses without Biology. However, the core subjects covered under this specialisation such as Forensic Medicine, Forensic Anthropology, Forensic Biology, Forensic Dermatoglyphics, etc., contain major elements of Biology and will limit your knowledge and career scope in the disciplines.
