While an EAMCET rank of 23,944 is low for admission to top agricultural colleges, you may still have a chance at getting into a good college. The cut-off trends vary from year to year based on factors like the difficulty of the exam, the number of seats available, and the number of students taking the exam.

You can also try for state universities. It's possible to get admission to a B.Sc. in agriculture without taking the NEET and ICAR exams.

Some top B.Sc. (Agriculture) colleges in India include:

Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana

Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University - [TNAU], Coimba
