The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
Minimum education:
A candidate should have passed in the subjects of PCB and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks taken together in PCB at the qualifying examination (10+2).
Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognised by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognised by Central government having Science subjects and English only.

The latest cut off for B.Sc Nursing at College of B.Sc nursing is 50 percentile. The latest cut off for the General Category students is of 55 Percentile, that of the reserved categories that is the SC and ST are of 30 to 40 Percentile, OBC, NCL, PWD and The Women Candidates are of 45 to 50 Percentile.

Yes , Both male and female are eligible to pursue Bsc nursing in Rohtak PGIMS . It is a 4 years course offered at UG level and one must meet the following criteria to get admission in it :
1.The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which the admission is sought.
2.Candidate must have passed 10+2 with minimum of 60% aggregate in biology, physics, chemistry and English from a recognised board.

Yes, you can change your course at UPES Dehradun after filling out the admission form if there is seat availability. It can only be possible after your first semester. You can also contact the college administration for more details.
There are certian criteria that needs to be fullfilled which management can only tell you.
